What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 600 pcs per style, but it can be negotiated for trial orders.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples for quality checking. Samples are charged first, and the cost can be refunded after bulk order confirmation
What are your payment terms?
For bulk orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment. For long-term partners, L/C at sight is acceptable. Small orders can be paid via PayPal.
What is the production lead time?
Normally 25–45 days after deposit and sample approval, depending on order quantity and season.
Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM. Custom design, fabrics, labels, and packaging are all available.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
By sea, air, or express (DHL/UPS/FedEx). Shipping usually takes 7–10 days by air/express, and
30–45 days by sea.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we warmly welcome you to visit our factory in China. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit.
